Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. There was an initial phone screen, another round with four back-to-back interviews (30 min. each) with the members of the team I would be working with, and I even got to speak with the company president before making my decision.

Question 1
Mostly questions about my workstyle to ensure compatibility with the team, and about why I want to work for them. They are looking for long-term employees that are dedicated to their mission. I did not encounter any questions that were difficult or unexpected.
One screener phone interview and two interviews over Zoom with the department team. Occurred over a three week period of time. The interviews with the team included five to seven people.

Interview
I had 3 interviews, two over the phone with the HR department and another with the head of the entire energy efficiency department. Then I had one in person interview at their downtown Oakland office with team members on the energy efficiency team.
