Interview session went smooth, straightforward, and well organized. Questions focused on skills and experience. Interviewers were professional, friendly, and explained the role and expectations clearly. But it takes a month to get an offer letter after verbally told you get the job. Didn't receive proper handover.

via call and whatsapp . require high negotiation skills to emsure you can acquire what you are demanded . not tough yet you know your worth . please do some reseqrch and know your market value
Stay in the lobby first to fill out forms (so you have to be early for that)
Then interviewed by Assistant Manager(s)
-Tell me about yourself
-your strength
-how do you handle stress
-more about your certificates/courses/CV
-what can you contribute to the company
-how do you see yourself in 5 years
The IV will be about 45 mins-1 hr (bring water bottle! You will feel thirsty due a lot of questions)
Will get feedbacks about a week later
Then if positive there will be 2nd IV with HR/Managing Director
