I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enfoglobe in Mar 2022
Interview
Introduced myself and background. Introduced my technology stack. Asked some simple data structure and algorithm questions. Then we just went through the hiring details such as the date to start and end the internship.
Overall the process was very straightforward. I called them and we introduced ourselves. Following with me giving a bit of information about my Skillsets and Educational background. After that we discussed the position and alternative opportunities. It was very conversational. Unfortunately, due to being a student with courses and other things going on, I couldn't accept the internship at this time but I was recommended to keep in touch and consider the summer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enfoglobe (Gainesville, FL) in Dec 2017
Interview
The have a very unprofessional interview process. They called for an interview at their office for 'Software Engineer'. I had 4 years of professional experience in .NET and Master degree in CS. I had worked in the most reputed software development companies in the SE part of USA.
My first interview was with the CEO. In the Interview, she acted as if she is a technical person and tried to counter me on technical aspects and even blatantly tried to discredit me. Even after being one of best software engineer, I was fed up with in the middle of process. She has no manners and with her very limited technical knowledge, tried taking an technical interview. At the end, she said actually there is no spot available but they might have an internship opportunity with no pay. I was astonished, when I tried explaining my tech background. She said she might think about paying me "8$ per hr * 20 hr per week" to work full-time for 40hrs of work. I was on difficult situation regarding my status in US on OPT. She tried to take advantage of this. A really money-monger CEO and that's why the company is a huge failure.
