I applied for their posting as advertised on Built in Colorado.
The first step was a recruiter call, which was just me discussing my background and experience in a similar role at my current company.
Shortly after, I was scheduled for a phone screen with the VP of Engineering. This call was more in depth going over my management background.
After this call, I received an automated no-reply rejection e-mail. I politely requested feedback from the recruiter to no response (which I expected, but thought I’d ask just in case). It would have been nice to have received at least a more personal e-mail from the recruiter, but understand that sometimes these things fall through.
