The interview with first interviewer was good. But then I got to the second interviewer and he was so negative. He was doubtful about my abilities and experience. I have not received such an interview and he could have easily declined the interview. He most likely had a preferred candidate. My offering matched the job description to a "T" so I think it was not only a waste of my time. Hotel Engine is dazzled with their growth but they should have a higher calling in the interview process, survey candidates and train hiring managers how to interview. I would never look at this company again and it showed me a lack of diversity and inclusion and respect.
