Interview
As an English teacher at EF (Education First), the interview process typically follows several key steps to assess your language proficiency, teaching skills, and compatibility with their teaching environment. Here's an outline of the typical process:
Application and Resume Screening: After you submit your application and resume, EF’s recruitment team reviews your qualifications, including your teaching experience, certifications (like TEFL or CELTA), and academic background.
Initial Interview: If selected, you’ll be invited to an initial interview, which is usually conducted online. This is a general interview where you discuss your background, experience, and motivation for teaching English at EF. They may ask you to speak about your teaching philosophy, classroom management, and your approach to different types of students (e.g., young learners or adults).

Interview
Overall, it was a positive experience. The interview process I had with EF 1 was very detailed and interactive, which I truly appreciated. I enjoyed my interview with English 1 and felt supported throughout.
Told me one thing in the interview and then changed things around once I arrived to the country. Make sure have documented what was actually and hold them to what was actually said so you don't have the wool pulled over your eyes.

Interview
It was a pretty quick interview overall, and the process felt quite straightforward. They asked a few common questions first, then continued with some classroom-related questions afterward. They also mentioned that they are still reviewing quite a lot of candidates at the moment, so I think there are quite a few applicants for the role.
