Interview
I placed my resume on a job site and within hours I was contacted by the Director of Nursing. We spoke briefly on the telephone. The DON then asked when I would be available for an in person interview. I told her anytime was fine with me and she then asked if I was available that day. I was, so we agreed to meet at the facility. We met at the facility where she proceeded to give me a tour and tell me about the history of the place the additional facilities and what my job would entail. She was very straightforward and did not beat around the bush about the pay, hours and benefits. Believe it or not I liked how everything sounded so I accepted the job right then and there!

Was referred to them by another staff on site. Given application. Turned in. Took several days to get interview set up. Was called in to speak with two clinical staff members. Given nice tour as well. Hired immediately. Have a personality. It helps.

I had forgotten I even applied for the job because I did not get a call for months. I received a call and was asked to come in for an interview that day. I was hired and actually working in about 7-10 days.
