I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enhance IT in Oct 2021
Interview
There are 4 or 5 rounds of interviews, including a technical assessment, which was actually kind of easy. At the last interview they tell you the catch- you go to their 5 week training program, and at the end, you're supposed to lie and say you have 5+ years iOS experience. They coach you on how to get through technical interviews, and they have a help line you can call, if you find that you don't know how to do the job - because you don't actually have 5 years experience.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enhance IT in Jan 2023
Interview
Brief introduction with recruiter followed by a scheduled coding challenge. The challenge was hosted by Hackerrank. The coding problems were fairly challenging. There was an option to train in a number of different tech stacks.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enhance IT (Irvine, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
The company is super scammy. I’m amazed with what they get away with. The process is super easy if you have any background in OOP but what they do is they then “train” you for 10 weeks in their HQ in Atlanta and then set you up with project interviews in which other companies can hire you. The way they make you competitive is by allowing you to “borrow” experience from them for your resume so that it makes you look like you have 3-5 years of dev experience. They literally told me straight up in the interview they’ll help me make up resume content and asked how comfortable I was with that on a scale from 0-100. Keep searching, there’s better options for us new grads.
