I applied online. I interviewed at Enhesa (Brussels) in Mar 2017
Interview
phone interview followed by a face-to-face interview. Although the lead recruiter was not too accurate, so isn't the company. The face-to-face interview is an in basket without warning but with preparation. They wanted to get their board of investors engaged as well. Not a good idea as these were two totally different companies. So a lot of time lost to return and push for their final decision - 2 more Skype interview with the N+1 and followed-up with salary negotiation with the HR.

Question 1
Go over the resume. Then just be yourself as a Bus Dev - "how to sell our services to a global company, you're visiting their branch in one of the countries, they outsource their EHS regulatory compliance to different companies".
"Why have you left your former employer?"
"Flexible or fix working hours?"
"Are you sure you can do this job taking into account your family situation?" - this question is totally illegal in Belgium but was asked none the less on multiple occassions through out the recruitment process.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enhesa in Jul 2021
Interview
Very structured, questions to the point, relaxed and very positive. Very good flow and very quick move to next steps. Headhunter agency used as well - very professional, with several stages. Overall, one of the most professional approaches I experienced.
