Deliver a 5 minute lesson and answer questions about your experience. It was friendly, but it's a top tutoring agency to be part of so takes the quality of tutoring very seriously as well as safeguarding principles.

I'm not sure how it would be for other people, as I tutor a very niche subject (US college admissions + LNAT). I was asked to come in and show the interviewer how I would teach a sample question/solution. I showed the interviewer how I would teach a student to answer an ACT Science question. I think there were some general questions about myself and my experience, and you had to do a DBS check. Heard back from them within a week and was taken on as a tutor, was a pretty simple process. If you're qualified and articulate you shouldn't have an issue, they weren't trying to trick you in interview as I recall (this was three years ago though, so perhaps things may have changed).
