Interview
It was an incredibly long and tedious process and seemed almost ridiculous. For the specific position I was applying to (part-time AP clerk, $20/hr), I would say it was slightly more difficult than an average interview for a similar role but not impossible. It was just long.
Phone screening with HR, then interview with panel of 4, then another interview with panel of 4. You also have to complete 4 different assessments that are about your working style, typing speed, general problem solving, etc.

Interview
The interview process consists of an online interview via zoom. Then if you make it to the next stage you are asked to complete a long series of assessment tests. They provide you with 0 feedback on the results. I feel that mist of the assessment questions were written in a way of trick questions.
