Interview
I took an interview on May 01 2010, they asked me questions for 45 mins it was more of a paper work means they are asking me what is the output for the program and asked me to implement Connections pool logic. Below are the list of questions that they asked me.
1. What is the difference between Vector and ArrayList. I told them synchronized thing then they asked me to write an implementation for Vector class for add and get methods.
2. What is connection pooling and can u implement connection pooling what is the use of connection pooling
3. Dfiference between <@ include and <jsp:include and gave me one question and asked me to guess the output for that.
4. asked me to rate myself in Core java, struts, servlets and jsp. out of 10
5. what are the implicit objects of JSP
6. Jsp: Can we access exception object in a jsp that is not declared as error page.
They are testing on the implementation part.

Not good they asking to come to office for interview which is unnecessary and also here’s about hire and fire system so join on your own risk no team building
For a 2 years experienced candidate, you need to have good knowledge about synchronisation and serialisation, they ask for code also in the second round, and for the 3rd round they'll ask you quizzes
HR,2 Technical rounds,HR round is simple with very basic questions,Technical rounds we need to know about databases and coding related stuff.THey asked me question on DataBase Table.and more related to SQL and C#.
