Interview
The process includes 3 parts of the interview (HR, Tech, CTO). And a test task. The task is not very difficult, but has enough space to demonstrate your skills. I liked the technical part of the interview, it is not stressful and the conversation takes place in a free manner about the candidate's existing experience and his personal opinion about this or that technology or approach, and questions related to the completed test task.
The interview process consisted of three stages. It began with a behavioural interview combined with a technical interview. This was followed by a project to work on and publish for review. The process concluded with a final round discussion with the team leads, offering an opportunity to discuss some technicalities, preferences and describe procedures. A very smooth and fair interview process.
