Fly you in, put you in nice hotel, give you tour of the facility, have you meet with 10 or so managers for an entire day of interviews, take you out to lunch and dinner. Wine and Dine.

After speaking to internal recruiter, I sat down with the Supervisor and Manager for a 2 hour interview. They were so detailed that it felt as they were investigating your history, not discussing your background.

They posed many scenarios and had me tell them how I would handle the situation. It was tough because some of if made no sense, not having filled this role.
