Interview
4 steps: interview with the CTO, interview with other Data Scientist, interview with technical staff engineers, 1-hour on-site Data Science task.
Every step was very enjoyable since all the team members were friendly and willing to discuss technical details and task with me. Another positive impression was that the whole process took around 2 weeks. Big plus for the entire hiring process.

Interview
The company is built upon to make the recruiting faster, but their recruiting process has some serious flaws! I spent a total of more than 6 hours interviewing, but they didn't give a final decision even after 1 month despite sending multiple follow-ups!
The first interview was 1 hour long and focused on passed experience and some follow up questions. The second interview was with the recruiter. The virtual onsite was 4.5 hours long split into 2 days. One with the hiring manager, one interview focusing SQL, and one on building a live data science application on their data set.

Interview
A phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an onsite technical interview and a full onsite day consisting of 5 interviews.
Amanda, the recruiter, is the kindest recruiter I've ever interacted with. She is pleasant, attentive, informative. She was kind enough to set up a follow-up phone call and provide me with concrete, actionable feedback.
The technical interviews were fair. They were conducted in the paired-programming style, which is my favorite style of interview, because it attempts to simulate a day-at-work, thus very indicative of one's skills. One of the interviewers asked me a bizarre question, which I was overwhelmed by, what I believe was the main factor to getting rejected. I still think that question presented an unrealistic use case and was totally indicative of my fitting to the position. Moreover, I think that the role sat very well with me, so I can only be sorry that things did not pant out. All of the interviewers were nice and welcoming, and the vibe of the company is healthy and positive. I would have loved to work there.
