Initial cv upload and questions answered, followed by a virtual interview of 3 pre set questions. This round was then followed by online tests, and an assessment centre, in person in Dublin. A final virtual interview and presentation on a company.

Really good interview process. I felt aware of the responsibilities and how to imagine my skills and qualities aligning with the role. After the interview despite not being offered the role, a good follow-up and feedback were both provided.
