I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Sept 2011
Interview
A couple days after I submitted my application online, I received a call from the recruiter. She asked me basic interview questions on the spot. These questions fell along the lines of the following:
-Why do you want to work for us?
-What customer service and sales experience do you have?
-Have you ever conducted sales and had to meet a quota?
At the end of the call, she may invite you for the "first" interview.
At the first interview, they asked more behavioral, "tell me a situation when..." questions. At the end of the first interview, she may invite you for a second interview.
The originally scheduled time for the second interview ended up being postponed because someone had overlooked an appointment at the same time. The second interview consisted of the Area and Branch manager. The Area manager asked almost all of the questions. She started off with similar questions from the first interview, but uses your responses as a platform to create new questions. At the end of the second interview, I was invited for a third interview. However because I was leaving town and would have to schedule a flight to come back up for the third interview, they said the recruiter would be in touch with me. I followed up with the recruiter to schedule a time and date for the third interview, but the recruiter didn't get back to me until a couple days later...only to say that they found a better candidate.

Question 1
How has your job search been? (If you mention a company that made an offer and you rejected it, then she will ask "Why did you reject that company?")
How did you hear about the training program? (If you mention that a friend worked at the company, then she highlights that you said "worked" and asks "Why did that person leave the company?")
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Croydon, England)
Interview
The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Middletown, KY)
Interview
Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
