I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
First interview with HR went okay with the interviewer being nice and asking general questions about myself and what I planned to do, etc. Second interview with Area and Location Manager turned out to be Area and Branch Manager because the Branch Manager happened to be in the area. First half of the interview went great and I asked some questions and in general made friends with the area manager. Second half went horrible because I felt like I was made fun of by the two managers for failing a calculus class my sophomore year of college (I'm part Asian and the Branch Manager even had that audacity to say "Go Figure" while the Area Manager said "Ironic"). I felt extremely uncomfortable after that and honestly did not want the job at all. Both managers made sure that I was aware of the long hours and how much people quit because of that reason. They also emphasized sales a lot and were quick to point out that you may have to screw some people over to make sure you don't get fired yourself. In no way do I want to be a part of a company that uses those methods.

Question 1
Try to sell them something (doesn't matter what) but you HAVE to sell them on it and they have to say yes by the end of the "sell".

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Memphis, TN)
Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
