Interview
Overall, the graduate process was tiring, with multiple different interviews. In the last stage, the final interview took place within the assessment day. They asked many questions, including my best qualities, how I manage failure, and if I am a competitive person. In general, many of the exercises were about competitive spirit, since assessors told me to tell off the employees if they do not perform good, in front of their co-workers, which made me uncomfortable. In the end, I did not get the job, because "I am competitive enough", which in hindsight it's for the best.

Interview
You will have a screening interview over the phone with Hr asking why you applied. Then be invited to zoom interview with her again. Typical questions of tell us about yourself, previous experiences, your university degree. Then if successful invited to “work” At a branch for a couple of hours to then be interviewed by the branch manager. Be engaged during the “work” ask loads of questions and prepare situation based answers as they ask loads of these

Initial call with recruitment about general eligibility , then 30 min interview if you get through you get a 3 hour branch visit including shadowing someone then an interview with the brand manager
