Resume should focus on sales experience. As an entry level applicant, any kind of sales-type activities revolving around college experiences or previous jobs should be focused on. Leadership experience is a strong plus. Athletes are highly regarded. Phone interview with recruiter. Just be honest, the screen is effective for both employer and employee. Second interview with Area Manager and perhaps a Branch Manager. Third interview with Regional Manager. All behavioral questions focusing on selling ideas to others, meeting and failing to meet deadlines, leading groups of people, covering tasks for others when working in teams.

I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
