Branch Placement - Seeing how you get along with other members of the team, how you 'work' - Ask questions and try to understand the tasks you'll be doing day to day. For me, I thought it as an opportunity to build a rapport with your potential colleagues, while asking questions about the job etc. Ultimately, they'll feedback to the manager as to whether they could see themselves working with you or not. 4.
