I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Nov 2021
Interview
There were about 3 different interviews. Initially I spoke to someone over the phone to find out my information & if this position would be right for me.
I was also informed about the company and was given very helpful tips for my 1st interview.
That call followed up with my 1st remote interview with Stephanie who was amazing from beginning to end. She really enjoyed our interaction and gave me a yes for my 2nd interview and branch observation.
That opportunity gave me more insight on what to look forward to on the daily basis/ I also met my team members.
This led me to my 3rd final interview which went really well. The process wasn’t short but I was hired quickly. 10/10

Interview
The interview process was very professional, you apply online and receive two interviews I believe. One over the phone and one in person. I was reached out by a recruiter at first then I applied myself, then I was scheduled the phone call.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked simpler questions in the interview first round. Just asking for background information and all that. The second interview was more difficult cause you had to prepare in advance using STAR behavioral method. They provide sources to look at before hand. But they ask questions like "How would you handle working with a difficult co-worker?" or "Give an example where you displayed good customer service."
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Vancouver, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
First there was a phone interview where a recruiter asked very basic interview questions and answered questions about the company. This was followed by an interview over Zoom with an area manager who asked very similar questions and who was much more interested in seeing how devoted to hustle culture and competing with your coworkers you are. During this process the recruiter and the area manager gave very different answers about work life balance (which I asked about after reading some bad reviews wondering if anything had improved). The recruiter promised that employees would know their schedule weeks in advance and wouldn't be scheduled for more than 42 hours per week, though they would have the option to work more and be paid overtime if they chose. The area manager made it clear that while overtime was optional, it was expected that employees work closer to 50 hours per week and be willing to come in at the drop of a hat. To me it seemed like a red flag and I didn't continue to the third round of interviews.
