Friendly and relaxed, focus on sales and service make sure you are prepared for questions surrounding this and previous experience. Come with examples ready from previous work. They will also talk about progression so think about what you want from the role
Open and honest application process. The hiring managers were transparant about the opportunity. From the first moment onwards their communication was good. There was a quick screening call and then the final in person interview.

There wasd an initial oom interview to begin the interview process. The interview was very short with extensive open-ended questions. The interviewer seemed high energy and motivating when exchanging conversation.
