They contacted me and conducted an initial phone interview. I was asked to meet with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interviewed me. Then I was invited back to interview with the hiring manager and two would-be colleagues. Then they offered me the positions and I subsequently accepted the position.

They asked the same interview questions that I was asked by other potential employers, for example, "Tell me about yourself". Also, "where do you see yourself five years from now" and they asked me specific questions about the skills and experience I listed under former employers on my resume.

3 Rounds. First-round was a brief phone interview. If they like you then you have an in-person interview with the area manager. Lastly, you interview with the area manager and regional vice president. If they both like you then you will get an offer and if you want to accept then you will do a branch walk-thru. 3-step interview process. First is with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, second is with Branch Rental Manager and Area Rental Manager, third is with Rental VP and Area Rental Manager. Process was quite efficient.
