Interview
The interview process was very quick. It was three rounds and I never had to wait more than a few days to hear back about whether I was moving on to the next round. All the interviewers were very friendly and communicative throughout the entire process.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer. How did yoou handle it and what was the outcome?
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
