It is a three step interview process. The interview process is much like one I had before for a door to door sales position, with to many unknowns about the position. The description as well as the interview process leaves the job open for interpretation.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.

Received a phone call from them about a phone screening and then next steps. The phone call was horrible. Persons attitude was horrible. Was completely put off by the whole process
