Phone call with HR and then interview with two of the supervisors over a teams call. Relatively quick but start date was a few weeks out. Wasn't too crazy of a process overall.

I applied online on September24th, 2018 and got an email a few days later that requested I schedule a phone interview time. A week later, I did my phone interview, which lasted about half an hour. I was asked many behavioral questions that required you to think back to a certain time in your life. At the end of the phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview in 3 days. At the in person interview, I was taken into a private room and interviewed simultaneously by 2 managers, who asked me different questions back to back for about half an hour. Once again, the majority of questions were behavioral questions. Toward the end, I shadowed a senior-level recovery specialist for 20 minutes, and afterward they asked me what I thought about it. 3 days later I got a call offering me the position.
