Very bizarre screening call. Staffmember was late to call, they had not reviewed my CV in advance so knew nothing about me. Call began by talking about their office locations and how their competitors work which was fine. I was not given a chance to ask about the position and what the role entails on a day to day basis. Staffmember was very pushy when asking about where I lived as it is a minimum of 3 days in office a week as in wanted to know my address to my front door rather than accepting a rough area of "Dublin x”, they were then very pushy over salary as I did not answer this section on my initial query and when I realised the projected salary was between 40-45K I asked if there would be wiggle room as I would not be willing to take a €20K cut for the position and they pushed back on my query. Very strange call, waste of everyone's time involved. Would not recommend this place at all
