      Interview

      1st round is Cognitive Test- Easy to crack. Just need to attempt max. Questions. Try to solve more than 25 que. correctly. You can solve many que. orally. 2nd round- Technical Maximum basic manual and SQL que. Good theoretical knowledge is not important you have to prove on what they asked to solve on paper like SQL queries, flowcharts.

      Thank you for your feedback and for sharing the information! The basic idea behind asking to solve the SQL queries and flowchart on the paper is to know how well you can write a code or a query without any help. This does not mean that there is no weightage to the theoretical knowledge, there is a weightage to every aspect or skill that is required for the position you are applying for. However, only theoretical knowledge is also not enough and hence various methods are adapted for the interview process.
