Interview
I met with David and Alex. Because of current COVID conditions the interview was virtual. I was able to hear and answer the questions presented to me with no issues. They asked about myself, my current career goals, what interested about the position and working at Entrata.
Time consuming process. I first submitted video responses to questions. Didn't hear back for three weeks. Had a zoom interview, then one final interview with a manager. The thing is, both scheduled interviews were not with the people named in the emails. Very strange. After my final interview, no response from recruiters or HR. Entrata does not use effective communication. They must not be seriously looking for candidates, or respectful of applicants time. The process from application to final interview was over 5 weeks.
