OFFER LETTER REVOKED! [chennai location]
They revoked my offer letter just 1 week before joining date. Unfortunately, I already left my previous organisation to take a short break before joining Entropik, and also declined other offers (comparatively Entropik was ok'ish).
Talked to some useless HR people over entropik, asked if they could provide any help possible. NOTHING!. No compensation, no referral to others, NOTHING. They kept pointing fingers to upper management when i asked questions. They told they revoked offers provided to all other candidates, like I am not an exception; thinking it as a good reason.
I posted this review in google maps, and after a few days, they reported and removed the comment from there. The audacity ??
I saw an opening from Entropik again for same position after a few months; while I was still jobless.
No basic decency to contact me to ask if I'm still open to join. They didn't even bother to care.
NEVER JOIN THE COMPANY. I only accepted it for the pay hike (which still wasn't that good, but i was desperate). No man should go through this terrible experience.
Note to HRs: If you have a bit of self-respect and morals, please grow a spine and stand for what's right.
Note: This happened few months back. Now I am working in a startup, with almost same salary what Entropik offered.

In short, They revoked my offer after i quit my current company.
Interview all went good, mostly 2-3 rounds - medium questions, basics and about resume, i got offer, accepted it too. I said i don't have any other offer in hand. If they are sure, i’ll quit here. They were okay with it and all. But after i quit, on my last working day, said they had to revoke my offer. I was jobless after that for few months. After they said this, they didn't help me with anything, at least an intern offer or any referral to some others or any help at all, they just didn't care at all. The reason why they revoked my offer was due to some investors issue(something like they were not happy about the company's performance), they had to revoke a few offers who they hired the same time as me. Worst part, they started looking for the same role after just 4-5 months after revoking my offer, imo management doesn't seem to be in a correct roadmap.
