One quick interview, was only asked a few questions and taken through one brief/easy scenario. Arrived at the same time as several others, we were all given a brief rundown of the organization and interviewer before being interviewed one by one.

At least one questionnaire after the initial application, then a first and second round interview with the first round serving as an initial screening and then the second round asking more scenario based questions -- difficult hiring process for a low paying job
