Envision Enterprise Solutions Junior Java Developer interview questions

i have a two technical rounds and one hr round.they said one tehnical round would be telephone and other one would be skype but both technical rounds are conducted in telephone .i got slected in interview but declined the offer because of the salary issues i found and that too they are asking bond of 39months which is extensible to 6months and notice period is 3months(39+6+3=48months) which means they going to keep you in the company atleast for 4 years.i find that would be difficult for me without getting the salary on time i cant work for 4 years.so i declined the offer.i would accpeted offer if it was 1 year bond.
