The interview was conducted in a group setting comprised of myself, middle-management, the deputy program manager, and program manager. The interview was seemingly very casual, and the questions asked ranged from job specific, to a wide variety of IT disciplines.

The questions were standard and straightforward. There was nothing on technical questions. It was a phone call. Got an offer less than 2 weeks. Overall it was a fast decision by the employer.
