Envision Pharma Project Manager interview questions

Interview process was straightforward and the recruiter was very nice. Was asked to complete a series of tests that seemed very extensive. I ultimately opted to back out of the process due to looking for a higher salary.

Oh boy. I interviewed with Envision Pharma and had to ultimately block the interviewer on LinkedIn, email, and phone. I saw a role I was interested in at the company and applied directly at their website. The funny thing is that I didn't finish and submit my application that evening because they asked for references and I was debating if I should risk asking some current team members. Literally that same night, a recruiter from the agency called me (after working hours). We chatted for a bit and decided to continue the next day. The next day we dove into my experience and she shared that I do not have the experience in the role I applied to, but they have other openings that fit my skillset. I said okay, just please send me the job descriptions. The recruiter does, however, after reading the descriptions, I decided that I did not want to pursue the roles any further. I messaged the recruiter letting her know. This is when it gets crazy. The recruiter blew up my email and LinkedIn, sending me a bunch of messages begging to chat. She promised that she can advocate on my behalf to the hiring team on the original role I was interested in. Then she started calling me every night WAY after working hours. After a week of this, I decided to completely block her from contacting me.
