Applied online. Was called back a week or two later to set up a face to face interview. Called the HR lady back and she didn't sound too pleasant. She also didn't answer the phone and say she was working with Envoy, so I wasn't sure if I had the right number. Scheduled an interview for the next day. Sat in front of American Airlines check in counter. I was told to wait on the benches in front of the counter, but no one came. Waited, and waited more until 10 minutes after my interview time and asked if the HR lady was going to come. The American Airlines employee was nice and called the HR person and said "there is another person here for an interview". She sounded annoyed with Envoy HR. Was escorted up to Envoy area and scanned documents. Met with a manager and HR, both asked me 5 questions each. The questions were as basic as basic gets. Google "basic interview questions" and I'm sure you'll get the complete list they used. The manager laughed which was a plus, but he smelled like he just got done smoking.

The interview process was really easy. I applied online then got a phone call to come in for a group interview. After the interview, I did a drug test and was offered a job.
