10 minute phone interview 15 minute in-person interview with 2-3 managers (owner popped in for 5 mins) 10 mock sales call (go for the close!!!) I completed initial paperwork right after the interview. This was like other sales interviews I had participated in before. No surprising questions, but the mock sales call threw me off for a minute, then I began to click about 1-2 minutes into it. Don't panic. Just try to sell the manger... same stuff you do already...just do it in the interview.

Laid back remote interview. More of a get to know one another. Friendly. Good information provided. Fair process, you're given the opportunity to share why you think you'd fit. Expect a slight push back so you can demonstrate how you respond to a challenge. Again, nothing overwhelming.
