Interview
Process was pretty fast but I think the recruiter was overwhelmed. After the recruiter screening, I did 4 interviews with the team. They seemed like nice hard working people. I loved the company mission. So when the recruiter came back to me offering to hire me at a lower grade. I was not against it.....only problem is that I never heard back! I followed up...and nothing!
Now I am wondering why offering me a lower pay grade of they liked me....
