With the recruiter, it was more a chat to manage expectations from both sides regarding the position. The directors were super nice and transparent, explaining it is a high-pressure department and there are several projects at the same time. They asked if what I knew about the company business, how I feel doing repetitive tasks, if working with different time zones is an issue and how my profile was a good fit. They were not sure how the hiring process was going to be, which is quite weird.
