Three day classroom instructional course on big picture subject matters, procedures and policy, job duties, as well as practical-based instruction on how to perform job duties. Would describe the interview process as ongoing observational, with particular emphasis on job performance during the first month.
interciew was smooth.recruiter followed up and the overall process took around 2 weeks. Interviewer were engaging and were enthusiastic. The interview went smoothly and got to hear next steps soon.
