Started off well as i'd been found via a recruitment website which my cv was on. Recruitment manager was initially friendly and personable on the phone. I then had a short telephone interview with ops manager before being invited for an interview to meet with them both. In the interview the recruitment manager seemed to change entirely and was cold, unfriendly and intimidating. Ops manager was slightly more friendly. They were very interested in receiving my feedback straight after but a week and a half on and I've not had the ops managers feedback or heard from them since. Based on the traumatic interview i think they would be very unfriendly to work for and that you'd probably need to sacrifice your soul to the devil to get on well here. I wont be doing that, i'll go work hard and enjoy the journey elsewhere.
