Equinix interview questions

I would like to share my experience with the recruitment process. I went through three interview stages over the course of approximately one month and was then invited to a final on-site panel interview. As I live in a different city, I purchased travel tickets and made the necessary arrangements to attend. Unfortunately, the day before the scheduled interview, I was informed that the interview had been cancelled because the role was no longer required and the position had been withdrawn by management. While I understand that business priorities can change, what disappointed me most was the lack of consideration for the candidate's time and effort. After investing a month in the recruitment process, preparing extensively for multiple interview stages, and incurring travel expenses, I did not receive even a simple apology for the inconvenience caused. Recruitment is a two-way process, and candidates also invest significant time, energy, and money. A more empathetic and professional approach to communication—especially when cancelling an interview at the last minute—would leave a much better impression, even when difficult business decisions have to be made. I hope the company reviews its candidate experience and communication practices to ensure future applicants are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Stupid and not professional i would say. The overall was heavy and long process time to get reply back. Communication was bad in the end. Recruitment team never came back
