Interview
I went through an agency so I had a phone and in person interview with the agency and then had 4 in person interviews and 1 phone interview with various members of the Equinox recruiting and HR team. I was told I was the top candidate by the agency multiple times and for 3 weeks straight I was told they were working on an offer approval and then Equinox basically ghosted the agency. Honestly, it was a waste of my time and energy and I never received an update on what ended up happening. This was a terrible candidate experience in my opinion.

3 rounds. 1st round was around an hour. Thought it went well but there was no follow up after ai had reached out for an update multiple times. Saw the job was no longer posted on LinkedIn but would have liked if they followed up
