Got referred by a friend. I sent in my resume and then was contacted to come in for an interview. In the interview, I told them about myself, why I would like to be apart of Equinox, talked about my experience, talked about the role and what I could bring to it
Quick phone screening, asked about my resume, asked about career experience and company knowledge, gave overview of scheduling (what shifts they offered) and asked to come in for in person interview.
Face to face interview with GM, Job offered on the spot. Easy behavioral questions and why Equinox questions. Will ask about you and your experience based on your resume. No group interviews from what I had seen.
very simple, informal in person interview asking why you are interested in this role and what you know about equinox. if you're good with a forward facing role interacting with people, especially in New York City and good at dealing with conflict
