I applied online. I interviewed at Equinox (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interviewer was nice and was not super serious making the interview a little less nerve-racking. In addition, she was very polite and respectful. The only issue I had was she had scheduled a phone call interview and never called me on the date we had agreed upon. She ended up emailing a few days later and rescheduled.

Question 1
What did you do during your Strength and Conditioning Internship?
I applied online. I interviewed at Equinox (New York, NY)
Interview
Two people talk to you and ask you questions they want to screen you to see if you are able to talk to people and ask them to do complementary sessions.
The interview process was thorough. It was nerve racking at first. Several questions were asked about my background. I met three times before I was asked to join the Equinox team.
There were two parts for my interview. First they did a phone interview first getting to know me and my skill set. Then an in person interview with a practical portion. That let them see what I was capable to do on the fly.
