Equinox does a group audition. All of the local managers are present and you get 3-5 minutes to show your best stuff. Very welcoming environment. You are also asked to "take part" in everyone's audition.

Phone interview was quick and audition was also quickly scheduled. Very detailed in the asks for availability, experience and expectations. I can’t say anything bad about, the audition was alone and in no way did I feel uncomfortable.
