I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Equinox (NY) (New York, NY)

Interview

Phone interview followed by in person interview. Phone screen was nice. Recruiter asked more about my background and why I was interested in working at Equinox. Then walked me through the expectations of the role. Second round was in person with the fitness manager and the training manager.

it was quick and the recruiter was very honest. overall very good interview process but i didn't get the job because i didn't have enough experience. two phone interviews and then 2 in person interviews with the higher ups

Very short and brief interview, just asks if you handled kids before or if you are willing to get CPR certification. Overall, you get the job pretty easy if you handled kids before and you are getting the certificate. Must be open, fun, amiable.
