Clean, quiet and organized atmosphere/office. Initial interviewee was very friendly and personable, great to talk to and highly informative. Seemed like he would be fantastic to work with. Took the time to learn about me and had clearly read my resume thoroughly. Next interviewee made some comments right off the bat, which seemed rude and almost snide. I was truly shocked that someone stressing relationships and customer experience would start off like that. I initially came with an open mind/figured I would just check it out, as it would be a major pay decrease in exchange for a closer commute, but I knew I would prove myself ten fold if it moved further. The more I learned about the company and roles that could be available, the more interested I became. I was truly excited about the company. Was very disappointing to leave after that.
