The interview process for the Broker Success Analyst position at Equity Prime Mortgage was efficient and well-structured. It began with an initial phone screen with HR, followed by two virtual interviews with the hiring manager and a team lead, respectively. Everyone I spoke with was professional and seemed genuinely interested in my experience. The atmosphere was generally collaborative, and they allowed plenty of time for my questions.
