The initial interview was on the phone. I spoke with the HR recruiter and completed a general review of the company and my prior experiences. They called me in for an in person interview that week. Met with the supervisor. Very laid back. Talked more about other industries and general conversation. I was given a trifold pamphlet that detailed one of the products they upsell to clients. I was told to take it home and review it and to expect a call from the sales manager, acting as a client, and to sell the product over the phone. A few days later I received a phone call. Pitched the product and was told to come in for the offer. I came into the company with many years of sales experience and the interview was simple for me.
